Certified to fly where others can’t
We are Arno and Ruben, two dedicated professionals with a background in real estate and directing, producing and editing smooth 4K drone videos and 8K 360° video.
We are compliant with all Dutch regulations and hold the required drone certificates, which enables us to film where hobby drone pilots cannot. Our experience allows us to shoot FPV (first person view) footage in the most challenging spaces, inside and outside of buildings.

We have gained our experience from collaborations with prominent international real estate agencies and portfolio managers. Our clients have always been satisfied and upon request, we are more than happy to show referrals.
While most of our work takes place in the Netherlands, we are flexible and can provide our services all over the world.
A fixed, flat fee
For our services, we offer an up-front, fixed, flat fee. No extra charge for editing, and travel within the Netherlands is included; shoots outside the Netherlands are quoted separately. We send you an invoice after completion of the video, so you won’t pay before you are completely satisfied.

Delivered in 4K and 8K, ready to share
We deliver our drone videos with music in 4K, and our interactive 360° video in 8K. You receive a WeTransfer link to download the video. Additionally, you can use our Vimeo link to include it on your corporate LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or HTML mailing list.
Way of working
Four steps. No surprises.
Intake
A short call to get to know each other and discuss the property that needs to be filmed.
Shoot
We plan a date with you or the building manager. On location we take around 3 hours — you don’t even need to be there.
First edit
Within 48 hours you receive an edited draft, with a request for feedback and extra input.
Delivery
24 hours later the final cut, with music, in 4K — the interactive 360° video in 8K — via WeTransfer plus a Vimeo link for LinkedIn, X, Instagram or email.
