Frequently asked questions
What does a drone video for commercial real estate cost?
BP Visuals works with fixed prices per property, excluding VAT: Tier 1 drone video €2,200, Tier 2 360° interactive video €2,500 and Tier 3 360° dynamic view €2,900. Editing is included and travel within the Netherlands is included; shoots outside the Netherlands are quoted separately. You only pay once you are satisfied.
How fast will I receive my video?
Delivery takes 3 business days from the moment of the shoot. On location we usually need around 3 hours, and you don’t need to be present.
What is a 360° interactive video?
A 360° interactive video lets viewers look around in every direction: they drag the video on a computer or move their phone. It can also be viewed on a VR headset. Tier 3 adds a directed 360° dynamic view edit and includes the interactive video.
Are your drone pilots certified?
Yes. Our pilots hold the drone certificates recognised by the Dutch RDW and comply with all Dutch drone regulations, so we can fly where hobby pilots cannot — including FPV flights inside buildings.
Where do you film?
Most projects are in the Netherlands, but we work all over the world. Travel within the Netherlands is included in the fixed fee; shoots abroad are quoted separately. We are based at Prinsengracht 460 in Amsterdam.
How are videos delivered?
You receive a WeTransfer download link and a Vimeo link that you can use on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, your website or in email campaigns.

Intake
A short call to get to know each other and discuss the property that needs to be filmed.
Shoot
We plan a date with you or the building manager. On location we take around 3 hours — you don’t even need to be there.
First edit
Within 48 hours you receive an edited draft, with a request for feedback and extra input.
Delivery
24 hours later the final cut, with music, in 4K — the interactive 360° video in 8K — via WeTransfer plus a Vimeo link for LinkedIn, X, Instagram or email.
